We are a residential construction company wrapping up three projects at Sea Ranch, California and need an experienced Construction Project Manager to take the lead for approximately 3 months. Furnished housing at Sea Ranch is included — this is a live-on-location role in one of the most beautiful spots on the California coast.
The Work
You'll be managing three active residential projects simultaneously:
- A small remodel currently in progress
- A custom home in final finishing stages — drywall complete, bathroom tile done, targeting completion in 6–8 weeks
- A small custom home at insulation installation with close-in inspections already approved
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and coordinating an established crew of 5
- Scheduling and managing trusted subcontractors across all three projects
- Tracking invoices and managing project paperwork
- Coordinating and attending inspections through final sign-off
- Reporting progress to ownership and keeping projects on schedule
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of residential construction experience, with project or site management experience
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously at different stages
- Familiar with California building inspections and close-out processes
- Self-directed - you'll be the person on the ground making calls day-to-day
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Compensation
- $5,000–$6,500/month depending on experience
- Fully furnished housing provided at Sea Ranch
This is a contract role with a targeted 3-month duration. Strong performance could lead to extended or future project opportunities.
